Route and Support
From first contact to daily clinical use.
A structured path, a single point of contact, no changes to the organization of the study: from the first assessment to ongoing assistance.
Where do we start
Before the device, your practice.
The course begins with three questions we ask each professional. They are not about technology: It's about your work.
How many patients interrupt the traditional route ahead of time?
When the response is partial, some patients leave. The REAC® protocols are a complementary, non-invasive option, to be added to the path already set without replacing it.
How many times would you like an extra option without adding a medication?
REAC® treatment is drug-free and, according to the technical documentation, no contraindications to the concomitant use of drug therapies are known.
How important is it for your structure to innovate without complicating procedures?
Standardized protocols, sessions of a few minutes, start-up training and a single point of contact: Integration does not require organisational changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What they ask us most often.
No. The protocols are applied in sessions of a few minutes, on intact skin, with defined sequences; Startup side-by-side is used to insert them into the existing workflow.
The initial training lasts two days and is aimed at the professional and staff of the studio. It is made in collaboration with the Rinaldi Fontani Institute in Florence.
It is a medical device for professional use, reserved for doctors, dentists and psychologists trained in the use of technology and protocols.
As a complementary, not a substitute, option: according to the technical documentation, no contraindications to the concomitant use of pharmacological therapies are known. The framing, the selection of the treatment and the evaluation of the results remain with the professional.
Technical assistance on the device, scientific support on the application of protocols, documentation updates and a single point of contact.
Yes: a comparison with technical-scientific support to examine protocols, documentation and publications relevant to your setting. Request an evaluation.
