Who this site is aimed at
This site is intended for professionals in the health sector, pursuant to Article 21 of Legislative Decree No 46 of 24 February 1997. At the entrance, a notice is shown asking you to declare your status as a professional operator: the notice does not collect or record any personal data and the choice remains in the browser for the duration of the session only.
The data we process
Data you provide us
By filling out the form on the Contact page we treat first name, last name, professional email address, professional profile and the content of the message. Phone number and country are optional.
We ask you not to include health data in the message, neither yours nor that of third parties: the module is not the right channel to deal with them.
Data collected automatically
Like any site, the server records the requests received (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to ensure operation and security.
Visit statistics are collected with Matomo, installed on a company server: the data are not transmitted to any third party. Matomo is configured not to install any cookies, to anonymize the IP address by obscuring the last two groups of digits before storage and to respect the "Do Not Track" setting of the browser. The resulting statistics are aggregated and do not identify you.
Subscription to the newsletter
If you choose to subscribe we will treat your e-mail address and the name to send you updates on new scientific publications related to REAC® Technology. Registration is optional and independent of the request for information, and is confirmed with a second step: you will receive a confirmation email and you will be registered only after accepting it.
You can withdraw consent at any time, from the cancellation link at the bottom of each message or by writing to info@asmed.net. The revocation shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of previous submissions.
